my new 4700 hydro left shifter does the same exact thing, it's the pin inside that moves a bit...not sure if it's worth warranty claim because outside on the road i probably can't hear it, but inside where its quiet its a creaking noise but at least the shifter doesn't rattle around.

Road bike, I currently have BH59 hoses connected to Shimano BR-RS785 calipers. Will the BH90 brake hose attach to the BR-RS785? Or does it need a different part. Thank you in advance

I have an issue with my ultegra R8070 brake, when trying to push a piston back to bleed my rear brake I cracked the piston (yeah i know), so i replaced the caliper and the system now won't bleed at all. If i gravity bleed nothing comes through, if i attach the syringe at the bottom, cup at the top, open the bleed valve, i can't push any oil through at all but if i squeeze the brake lever i see fluid come through the caliper into the syringe, then when i let go it goes back into the caliper. had the caliper off again and there isn't a blockage, think it's something in the lever that isn't opening right or aligning in order to allow a bleed, any thought's what it could be and how to fix it? cheers.

I'm having trouble with dirty fluid leaking from my shifter, even though I recently replaced both the cable and caliper. I've tried pushing the oil from the caliper to the shifter several times, but the dirty fluid keeps reappearing. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?

i get front rub on the big ring on with the two smallest sprockets, and when i'm in the small up front i can't go into the second smallest without rubbing but i think that's ok...but the big ring shouldn't be rubbing on the two smallest right? should I adjust H screw for that? also, the trimming function with the small ring doesn't seem to work for pushing towards the smallererings the trimming only works for going to larger sprocets, the mech barely moves with that specific trim...i'm really confused. i had already checked the cable housing and the cable isn't broken or stuck. i already had it to two bike shops and they can't figure it out. my old sora 3500 front mech worked better than this 4700 and it's kind of sad.

Can we use both rings with any kind of centerlock rotor? I'm currently using v-brakes and thinking about to switch hydrolic disc brakes. I have centerlock hubs on my bike. When I buy centerlock rotors does it come with the ring? I wanna set it up by myself and I don't know if the rotor comes with a ring or not. Afrer I got the rotor I'm gonna buy the tool you showed in the video. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you.

Wish i had seen this before i bled my brakes. Put spacer in calliper pushed pistons back bled brakes now ive got no pressure in system. Great video

What about if you are using a super compact front double. Like a 38/24. Issues I have with the FD is it is hitting the chainstays long before we get that 2mm gap from the FD to top of the chainring. This is Shimano 11s road with ultegra rx800 for that 11-42 range on the rear

I have an ultegra lever that won't take in oil. No matter how hard I try to push oil in through the caliper, it won't go in. With the lever off, it flows in no problem so there's no kink in the line and the caliper is good. I also can't get oil in the reverse way too. Any ideas?
